Manual pressure measurement requires a constant workforce. In the current market, where qualified workers are scarce, this poses a challenge. In addition, safety in the workplace is always an important issue.
The PMD system consists of two cases: a sensor case and a communication case. The sensor case measures the filling pressure/back pressure and temperature of the sewer valves and transmits this data to the communication case, which further transmits it to a Cloud environment.
The communication case runs on four replaceable 18V 12Ah batteries, good for more than one week of continuous measurement. Additional supplied batteries can be replaced separately without affecting data transmission.
A unique login allows customers to view measurements on a computer or mobile phone. Multiple sensor cases can be connected to one communication case. A new measurement is transmitted every minute.
A dashboard is set up for each project based on customer requirements, including access rights, measurement data and limit values for notifications. If these values are exceeded, an e-mail is sent automatically.
